Our Courses

Four focused modules, each covering one of the core responsibilities that business managers handle every day — without formal training. Practical, direct, and applicable from the first session.

Small group training session with business managers learning practical administration skills

Built for the encargado, not the MBA

The Paylendestrio program was designed with a clear question in mind: what does the person who runs the business every day actually need to know?

The answer became four modules — each one addressing a specific area where managers often feel uncertain because no one ever explained the fundamentals. Cash. Stock. Suppliers. People. These are the four pillars of daily business management.

Each module is taught with real examples, practical exercises, and a focus on the specific challenges faced by businesses in Mexico. No jargon, no theory for its own sake — just knowledge that works.

Module 01

Cash Control & Daily Reconciliation

The register is the heartbeat of any business. This module gives you a clear, step-by-step process for managing cash from the moment the doors open to the moment they close — so that the numbers always add up.

  • How to set up and execute the opening count correctly
  • Recording sales, returns, and cash movements during the day
  • End-of-day reconciliation: matching cash to records
  • Identifying where discrepancies come from and how to address them
  • Preparing the daily cash report for the owner
  • Handling petty cash and small expenses without confusion
Employee methodically counting inventory on organized store shelves
Module 02

Inventory Management

Running out of a product that customers ask for every day — or finding your storage full of something nobody buys — are both problems that this module helps you prevent. You'll learn how to keep your inventory working for the business, not against it.

  • Methods for counting and recording stock accurately
  • Setting minimum and maximum levels for each product
  • How to receive and verify incoming goods
  • Detecting shrinkage, theft, and entry errors
  • When and how to flag inventory problems to the owner
  • Practical tools for tracking without complex software

Module 03

Working with Suppliers

When the delivery truck arrives, you're the one who has to deal with it. This module prepares you to handle supplier interactions professionally — protecting the business from overcharges, short deliveries, and poorly handled orders.

  • Understanding purchase orders, remisiones, and invoices
  • How to verify a delivery against the order
  • What to do when quantities or quality don't match
  • How to question a price without damaging the relationship
  • Keeping records of supplier transactions
  • When to accept a delivery and when to refuse it

Module 04

Leading the Team

Being in charge doesn't mean being the owner — but it does mean making decisions, resolving conflicts, and keeping everyone moving in the right direction. This module helps you do that with clarity and confidence.

  • How to assign tasks so they actually get done
  • Communicating expectations without creating friction
  • Handling common workplace conflicts between employees
  • Making decisions when the owner isn't available
  • Keeping the team informed and motivated
  • Reporting team issues to the owner accurately and constructively
